VENUS SOCIAL CLUB RULES OF CONDUCT

VENUS is a private, for members only, fraternal organization located at 1405 Dutch Valley Place, Atlanta, Georgia 30324. Our phone number is (404) 876-4306. We are organized and exist to support the right of privacy and the swingers lifestyle. We are primarily a heterosexual organization, but membership is open to all advocates of the swingers lifestyle. Our clubhouse is available for use by members only and is not open to the public. In order to join, you must be 21 years of age and able top present a valid State issued driver's license or picture ID to prove your age. You must agree to our rules of conduct and sign our membership application. Currently, annual memberships are $50 per year. We hold an annual meeting of members on the first Thursday of February each year. We also regularly hold meetings to discuss and support political issues consistent with the right of privacy and the swingers lifestyle. A newsletter is regularly produced and sent to members to discuss new events and issues that are important to the cause .

These are the rules of conduct that all members must agree to and abide by. Violation of any of the following rules may lead to the termination of your membership.

1) All members must be at least 21 years of age and be able to prove it with a valid ID.

2) NO drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises.

3) All disagreements with members must take place and be discussed outside the premises. No fighting or arguing is allowed.

4) The clubhouse and premises is our home. Costs for operation of the club house comes from membership dues and user fees. Please be courteous of other members and clean up after yourself.

5) Any member found knocking or trying to open doors to private rooms while they are occupied will be subject to rule #7.

6) "No" always means "No" Do NOT participate with others who do not invite you to do so.

7) Your membership may be revoked, without advance notice, for any violation of the rules. Additionally, your membership may be revoked for rude or obnoxious behavior. You must treat ALL members with courteousness and respect.

8) We reserve the right to add or modify rules that exist and will be you will be subject to the modified or additional rules.

9) The identity of members and member associations are intended to be absolutely private. What occurs on the premises remains on the premises. The swingers lifestyle is particularly intended to make its members comfortable and satisfied that relationships be kept private to non-members.

10) Sex for money is a crime and is PROHIBITED. NO discussions about sex for money are allowed.

11) No sexual activity is allowed in the public areas at any time.

12) No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the premises.

13) Cameras and camcorders are PROHIBITED unless the persons being filmed have given their permission. No filming of anyone who has not given their permission to you shall occur at any time.

When you apply for membership you must sign a statement stating that you have read and understood the above rules of conduct and have received a copy of the By-Laws and agree to abide by them.
